What program do you recommend for making mp3 files to e-mail. I have to pitch two songs by mp3 and I am trying to determine which program to buy, use, download free, etc...

Yes, the Mp3 option should work, if you're anxious to buy it.
Have iTunes? Use iTunes. Have Windows Media Player? Use Windows Media Player. I have all three. It's Mp3. They all sound like crap.  Bob

Google search for a free LAME converter. I use Wavelab here, but its not free(or cheap), but I need a lot more than simple mp3 conversion
