PRO TOOLS 10 - initialization error code: -7

Hi Everyone, since 2 days now I am getting this error message when I start pro tools 10, firstly I was in 10.3.2 version of Pro Tools so I was wondering maybe I should update to 10.3.4, so I did update the software.

Same error message.

The software is still working and the eleven rack too, just I dont know what does this message means, so I would like to fix it before recording again.

If that can help here is my system :
windows seven 64 bits
Eleven Rack
Pro Tools 10.3.4

Also I forgot, after I click OK I get this new error message the english translation would be :
Impossible to create the default value of TCE plug-in because a DAE error have occurred.
Error DEA 0 have occurred ..

Before you get attacked for not posting a SANDRA REPORT... try THIS:

1. Completely uninstall protools (choose the uninstall option that completely removes, HD driver, preferences, Avid effects etc. **do not choose the remove protools only option

2. Reinstall 10.3.4 ...and Always Run as Administrator

If no help then:

Repeat steps but also Uninstall virtual instruments and then reinstall as well.

3. Make sure you have optimized your Windows 7 system according to Avid's Specs

I am having the exact problem wth PT 9.06 Native in Win7 32bit. I have uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail. The dongle seems fine as it will launch my laptop PT 9.06 no problem.

Personally, I thought 9.0.6 sucked. I would get 9.0.3 and try that

Hi Everyone, thanks for your replies, firstly I would like to apologize if SANDRA REPORT is compulsory I will try to make one later so you can get more in,formations if that could help, also after getting an update after checking the report I will try the thing about removing the pro tool and reinstalling it.
