Default Serato Pitch'n Time

Any news on timing of this plug going

1. AAX-Native
2. AAX-DSP

This plug is essential for serious time stretch and tempo changing.

Any word? Serato? You out there?

You could do a search and find the answer... There are a couple of threads with this topic..

However, Yes, they are going to AAX, (though probably not DSP).., but there is still no time-frame given.

Good news. Let's just hope it's close to PT 11's release.

Bearing in mind they didn't produce a PT10 compatible version I think it is very unlikely that they will be doing an AAX version.

I use Serato Pitch 'n Time almost daily in Pro Tools 10 HD Native (OS X).

Great program.

Uhm... Wrong. I use it daily as Steve and many others do.. PT10HD 10.3.5, OSX 10.8.3

They have also stated via email and on a few threads that they will go to AAX but they will not give a time-frame.

This is from their site: http://serato.com/pitchntime-pro/sup...h-pro-tools-11

The page for PT10 still says that they are in discussion with Avid regarding PT10.. but it works anyways. It's my default stretch plug for time c&e in PT.

I have totally lost my faith in Serato, being a Rane Series EQ/DYN customer being left out in the cold :P

Thanks for the link to their site. It is good news but the quote does confirm that they don't support PT10, it works most of the time as several of you confirm, but it isn't supported, but I agree this is the THE plug-in for pitch and time correction and I look forward to having it back as I have had hit and miss results with it on PT10HD. I have updated our AAX database accordingly.
Thanks,

Serato did not release an update, because the actual version is more or less well working in PT 10. But with AAX they can not smuggle around an update. One Serato guy said, that they are on with something for PT 11 and AAX, but he could not reveal more.
I am afraid, that they are building a whole new plugin and will force us to pay for it. It's ok, for the Waves Plugins you also have to pay (WUP).

Hey guys,

Im sorry it has been so long, and Im sorry there hasn't been any developments with this situation that I can share with you right now.

We have something in the works that should make you guys happy in due time, but our policy is to keep it under wraps until we have more of a confirmed release date/time frame.

I don't want to get into the business of breaking promises!

Martin

Thanks,
What are the symptoms you have when it doesn't work for you in PT 10?

It works when audio suite handles are set to "0" as other Pitch processing AS Plugs.
