My pro tools only works with eucon closed

Hi,

after years of stable working, I updated the firmware and eucon software, as well as my pro tools to 12 HD and now I can't use my artist mix with pro tools, i get the spinning wheel everytime i have the eucon enabled, needless to say this is frustrating and has literally cost me 100's of hours!!!!! I purchased 12 on the subscription and apparently I'm supposed to get an ASC, NO IDEA WHERE THAT IS!!!!! can't get support, can't get my system working, what is the point!!!!!!!

Lets start from the beginning, when you had your artist series working before getting into PT12, what was your connctions, from the artist units to the computer or did you use a hub/splitter or just a WiFi connection?

There have been significant changes from Eucon team and as of Eucon 3.0 ypu cant use the WiFi wireless connectivity anymore. We had that and was stumped what went wrong until I got in touchh with Kyle from the Eucon Team and we bought a Ethernet splitter box for $20 and connected all 4 of our Artist Series units and from the Splitter box to the Mac via ethernet cable.

Please let me know what your setup looks like and what Eucon version, OS version and PT12 version are and we will get you up and running again
