Will an AGP (sawtooth) g4 work with PTLE?+waves?

There us a local guy selling an upgraded G4 running at 1.4 which is twice as fast as my 733 qs.

I remember reading about some comptability issues with a certain video card. Is this the one I have to worry about? Also, How much of a hassle is it to legally move the Waves NPP over to another machine?

i have a g-celerator tuned 2x1.2 "Sawtooth" Mac with the stock Rage Pro video card running just fine with Panther, PT 6.9.xxx and the Waves Gold (4.0.1 that is, I guess).
