Why not? The DSP hit is negligible, even on MIX, and I would rather know that I don't have truncation distortion building up in the mixer.

Thanks for the reply chief. I remember there was a discussion about this in the time of mix, so with mix I used the dithered mixer too. I just did not know it it had real advantages in the HD setting. But if the DSP hit is minimal then I'll give it a go.
