S3 Trim Automation Doesn't Show

Ever since I updated to Eucon 3.6 I no longer can see trim automation while I am writing it. The volume automation updates after I do a pass with trim so it's still working, I just can't see the actual automation being written. Was this changed in 3.6, or am I missing a simple preference (probably the case )

Love the addition of macros to the S3 in the new update though!

How do you have your Coalesce Trim Automation Preference set (Preferences > Mixing).

If you have it set to After Every Pass it will be automatically coalesced and you will never see the trim breakpoints - only the effect of the pass.

Set to On Exiting Trim Mode or Manually to be able to see the trim automation playlist.

I understand what you're saying, but my issue is physically seeing the trim automation being written as I am playing and riding the fader.

I just attempted to write trim volume automation while viewing just volume automation on a track and it does not show any volume being written. When I stop, then the volume reflects my trim ride.

UPDATE: I just attempted to do this same test on a rig with 12.7.1 that HASN'T been upgraded to Eucon 3.6 and it works fine (like it used to). It seems that Eucon 3.6 might be the culprit.

Anyone else notice this whose upgraded to Eucon 3.6?

SOLVED!

A new menu option was introduced in View / Automation / Trim Playlist. Hope this helps anyone else that finds the issue! Don't know how that got turned off in the first place.

This is a PT feature and nothing to do with S6 v3.6

Got it. What threw me off was that the option had never been unchecked before. So a PT update seems to have adjusted that setting on me. I had never experienced that before. Glad to know it's there.
