Pro Sound Effects: no redemption, no answer...?!

Did all of that twice now. Never got a confirmation.
Also, since I'm receiving the newsletters and such, it cannot end up in my spam nor should I be blacklisted. Send them 3 mails already ([email protected]) but no replies, whatsoever.

"Try another Browser" seems to be the normal suggestion - I'm using Microsoft Edge

It's about 10 to 9 in Brooklyn (home of Pro Sound Effects) on a Saturday morning ... you may have to wait until Monday for an answer, if another Browser doesn't fix it ...

At the bottom of the email I subsequently got, I had to click the blue "Confirm & Download" button (see pic)
