There's more than one person, but there are other tasks that they handle. I deposited temp licenses and emailed you the DigiDelivery links for the installers. (Mac, right?)

The delay here appears to be that you had your PT9 license on another ilok.com account. Should be able to resolve this case soon.

Now my only fear is....my 14 day trial expires before my Support Plan is finished processing. That would be a bummer.

Ordered my support plan/10 HD upgrade on the 7th, still nothing in my iLok account. Can you please supply a d/l link for the Mac version & deposit the trial license?
