Using Rewire with Sibelius 8

Has anyone been able to successful connect these two programs with Rewire? I have made some attempts, including by trashing the InstalledAAX plugins file and reinstalled both programs but I still do not have any success.

Is DigiRewire plugin in the System plug-ins folder, the Pro Tools version of ReWire or is it something different because I can't really find a Rewire plugin anywhere within my computer.

Also, I tracked Sibelius 8 ReWire Device.bundle within Propellerhead software folder, but it seems like it is just a reference of another fie that is no longer available. Is it possible to get this file separately from somewhere?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
