Default I just dont get it (new computer)

i just built a new computer AMD 3800 with 1G of memory. I was told that it would blow my old computer away 2.0 pentum 4. Then why am i still geting drop outs. The computer gives me this.
(-9129) Audio processing is conflicting with other CPU tasks. IF problem occurs often, reduce buffer size.) I have it set at 1024 / RTAS 2 processor / CPU 85%. The song has 20 tracks of audio, 2 are stereo, 2 Aux, 18 plugins (7 are UAD plugins) the others are PT & T-rasks. On my
system usage window it seem to sit at 20% When i start playing the song it moves up slighty and
the Disk will start to move to about 20% WHY DOES THIS HAPPEN. I HOPE I JUST DIDNT WASTE A BUNCH
OF MONEY. HELP PLEASE!

Remove the UAD plugs, if you are using an Asus A8N-E or Sli mobo with the Nvidia nforce 4 chipset,
it is the UAD Plugs that are spiking your system.

To confirm just remove the plugs from that session save it & restart, you should see a difference. Check the Uaudio website, support, mother board incompatabilities. My UAD-1 dosent work with the the Asus A8N-E either

Good advice above. Is your 3800 a dual (x2) or a single AMD 64? If its a single, reset your RTAS setting back to 1 or a single processor. In any case, this should be better than your old P4. Its a matter of getting all the tweaks right.
