DR008 purchase problem

I've just bought online the DR008 by FXpansion.
The demo available for download doesn't support RTAS. Does anyone know in what way I will receive the software? Is it a download or they're going to ship it?

Hi Angus, I didn't receive my download link for my purchase of DR008. Is this normal?
I have received different emails and the registration number but not the software.

This is my reference number #2999967 for my purchase. Can you please help me.

Ditto. I purchased last week and have received several emails too - but no product yet.

Is the DR-008 still only available as a beta? If so, I'd at least like to get a hold of the beta version to get a jump start on learning the program.

Maybe in order to use DR008 we have to agree to beta test it.

I'll have someone look in to this today. Sorry about the wait, I'm not sure why this is. And, daBaSsTaRd, those ref#s are not serial numbers or anything, so they won't do you any good [img]images/icons/smile.gif[/img]

They told me they were going to email it on Friday.
Today is Sunday and no DR008.
Can you please look into this?
