Default Re: AAE 9173, close to a solution !!!

Just want to chime in here. this sounds close to an issue I am having with a new machine I had build earlier this year. Its unusable. Im interested in any solution that come about with this tread.

We found that disabling graphics acceleration makes the problem disappear but then you have crap graphics and only 1 video out. Not a solution

Thanks,

Because I can't find an explanation for it.
Currently I got a buggy session with a lot of busses and auxes but it is less buggy than the previous which has less busses and less processing... Driving me nuts.

There is no solution. The software code is flawed and has been for years. They know this! The support staff and engineers know this!

Have you evidence of this ?

Because that'd be interesting to see that the industry standard is a flawed software...

I didn't say you were wrong. I'm far from a ProTools fan.

Just asking to see if it is a feeling or something real.

Gotcha. No worries. Yes, I have had cases with them that were logged for bug fixes that have not happened. I was told something like that would have to be tested over and over for a non dot release. Like for the next major version after 12.
