Default SSL & API plugins greyed out

I have just migrated from Sonar 8.5 to Pro Tools LE 8 recently.

After I installed PT, I installed my Waves SSL and API plugins. As soon as I installed these, I checked them and they work fine.

So, I continued installing the rest of my plugins. Then, I went to open SSL in a new project and the page was all greyed out. I waited for about 10 minutes, thinking it just had to load, but nothing.

Has anyone else had this problem?

BTW, my specs:

HP Pavillion, dual core, 4GB ram, Win 7 64 bit.

Thanks in advance.

Also, I forgot to mention - If you wave the mouse over the grey screen, the cursor still reacts as though the parameters are all still editable.

Unhappy Re: SSL & API plugins greyed out

I have tried that twice and always the same thing. They only work when they are the only plugins installed.

Well, he had to ask. The next question is what versions of everything are you running(and have you checked with Waves.com for updates)?

You need version 6 for compatibility up to Pro Tools 8.0.1, or version 7 for compatibility with versions higher than that (version 7 is also compatible with 8.0.1).
