Default Where can I find a FREE Digital Tuner ???

I'm looking for a free digital tuner that will interface with my Mbox. Most that I've found will only work with the windows microphone and they seem very beginner oriented.

The cheapest one I know of is the Bomb Factory Essentials Tuner- $69 US.

I don't know of ANY free RTAS plugins. Are there any?

OK, one quick google search later (for "rtas free") and there ARE some free plugs out there. PSP has a vu meter and something called "PianoVerb." There are some others in the search, but it will take a while to download and try them out.

How exciting! Free stuff! Joy!

Donīt want to be a spoilsport, but last time I looked they where MacRTASonly!!!

Iīve got the BF-tuner and itīs very good, except that you canīt change the pitch to say 442Hz or 445Hz like on the gadgets you buy in the store - but otherwise it works very well.

Thanks for the replies. Looks like I'll have to stick to the old KORG.

I e-mailed one to you. It's by AudioPhonics , and it's pretty good. Has a bunch of presets for odd tunings too.
Only thing is, it doesn't work while ProTools is open...it's a stand-alone. Not so convenient for tuning in the middle of a session, but it's free!

If anyone wants it...here's the link:

AP Guitar Tuner ver1.02

It's freeware, so it's encouraged to pass it around.

Enjoy!
