Default Dropped Plug-in

Today I purchased Slate Digital's Trigger 2 and it had some issues with my iLok. I thought I had activated it and apparently it didn't transfer over to the iLok. I opened Pro Tools and the activation dialogue box popped up but it wasn't recognizing (slate) that the iLok was indeed plugged in. Anyway, I ended up canceling and shutting down Pro Tools and doing a repair on the iLok. Now, that's all good but Pro Tools doesn't load up the plug-in at the start. It's like it won't look for it anymore. Is there a file I can delete or some way to tell PT to go find that plug-in?

I went in and deleted the .dpm files and reinstalled it. That did nothing. Is there another way to uninstall the plug-in?

I think I may have accidentally clicked on NO when it asked if I wanted it to look for this plug-in in the future. I thought it had asked me if I wanted it to ignore this plug-in in the future and that's why I clicked no. All I can think now is I read it wrong.

Does nobody know of a way to change the settings so that it will look for a plug-in. I have the DPM files loaded. I've tried deleting the files and re-installing, hoping that would fix it. Maybe Trigger just doesn't run in PT-8. Though, I don't think that's the case because the first time I booted up, I was able to see it. Maybe I need to download Trigger 1?

Hi

Try deleting databases and trash preferences and plist and that will "force" PT to read in all your plugins anew and maybe it will help.

Atleast worth a try
