Avid Fairchild 670 Pro Tools 10 and 11 issue
I have a single license for the Avid Fairchild 670 and the plugin is not showing up in PT 10 or PT 11. Any ideas on how to get the 670 working in at least PT 10 or PT 11 and which installer I should use for a Mac Pro ? I was under the impression the 670 single license should at least work in PT 10 and maybe PT 11. My BF3A single license is working in PT 10 and PT 11.

Separate and updated installers for the Fairchild bundle.
Check the Plug-ins page.

If memory serves, the 670 is a STEREO plugin, and the 660 is the MONO version. So if you try to put a 670 on a mono track, it indeed won't show up. At least I think so...

It wouldn't hurt to trash your prefs either. That way the system has to scan all the plugins in the plugin folder again

Thanks for the reply's. I have trashed prefs etc..
Should I be using the classic compressors installer or the Fairchild bundle installer for PT 10 ?

I don't remember / but i do remember using 2 different installers for PT10 and another for PT11

Except I doubt if the PT 10 installer has a 64-bit AAX Fairchild installer, which you need for PT 11. Which could explain why it doesn't show up in PT 11. Go to this page: http://www.avid.com/US/products/Clas...ressors-Bundle I believe you'll have to do a 32-bit AAX install for PT 10 (if you're still using it) and a separate 64-bit AAX install for PT 11.
