Pro Tools 5.3.3 Authorization Code

I have an old version of Pro Tools and had trouble activating the MP3 converter capability. Called the $3.00 per minute line and was sent the software online, deleted the old, but was never given an authorization code! Tried to download the MP3 software component and spent another $19.99. I spent a lot of $$ and now can't record at all to complete my project with no code. Does anyone have a code for 5.3.3? It's infuriating to pay to be in worse shape than you were prior to speaking with the company based on the advice of a "high-level tech." Argh!
