Izotope RX6 advance upgrade to RX7 Advanced CPU issues

Have been using Izotope's RX6 Advanced for months with no issues but since upgrading to RX7 Advanced, for each Izotope control panel I open, it ratchets up about 6% of the CPU even when the system is idle and in pause. This also impacts when playing and causes the playhead to stutter. Contacted Izotope but no reply as yet. It's only been 6 days, so give them a chance to answer eh? Anyone else got this issue? (Z440 W7x64 PT12.8.1 with S6).

Not that issue, but I have had issues getting PT to start up without throwing an error while scanning plugs after doing a Trasher cleaning. I'll write down the error next time. Basically looking for a missing file that is actually there, which normally indicates some sort of security validation issue. 3rd time is the charm and I get in to PT, so not paid much attention to it yet.

Any chance that the latest update of RX is requiring Windows 10? I understand preferring Win7, but at some point, you may need to make the move up

I have tried Izotope RX7 on two Windows 10 PCs using 2018.3 and 2018.12 and they both have the exact same issue. Each Izotope control panel I open causes the CPU to increase in power until it is maxxed out. Izotope say they cannot reproduce this. If anyone else out there can open 6 RX7 control panels at once and check their CPU useage for me to see if it is just me....on three different PCs. The second image is where I close each pane of RX7.

....maybe it is a graphics card/driver issue? Each pane will need updated as it is kept open and require it's own controls refreshed. Does anyone else work with 6 control panes open at the one time?
