pro tools m-powered latest update

hello everyone, i am running pro tools m-powered 9.5 on mac and i want to know if this update info (Pro Tools 9.0.6 is an officially qualified and recommended update for all Pro Tools 9 and Pro Tools HD 9) is for m-powered pro tools also since it says "all Pro Tools 9" ??
