Default Panned tracks bounce to iTunes are no longer panned

Need to have my panned tracks remain panned when I bounce and send to i-Tunes. Funny thing is, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. When it works, it's great because I can run i-Tunes from just about any old computer and send separated channels to the mix board using just the headphone output and they are able to mute the drums in the house and send the instruments for everyone to hear. We use Aviom stage sends and the tech is able to route the music to one Aviom channel and the click track to a different one so everyone (especially the drummer) can have as much or as little of the click as needed in their ears.
I am new to ProTools. Hah! That must be it! What am I missing? I am using the Click track panned all the way to the right and all other instruments panned all the way to the left. Bouncing as Interleave and sending to i-Tunes. What do I need to do to make sure that it ALWAYS works.

Default Re: Panned tracks bounce to iTunes are no longer panned

I've only ever had this problem when I don't select "interleave" (accidentally choose multi-mono summed) or if I don't choose the stereo output (accidentally only choose one of the channels).

If you can show us a video of it not working, I think that would help us see where you are going wrong. I never export to iTunes, so it is possible that it could be a bug in that area, but if you can show us a video of it not working, that would help us help you.
