thanks for the advice.

So, progress is made. The MP3 option is installed and I 'bounce' the recording to disk.

The problem is have is that when I play the recording and listen in my headphones it sounds great but it sounds terrible through the laptop speakers.

Probably a simple fix but I have no idea where to start.

Advice?
