002 Headphone Jack Not Working

I have an 002R I've managed to get working with Win 7, 64-bit. My studio monitors are coming out of line7/8 out in the back. Those are working fine. But the headphone jack in the front has got nothing coming out. Any ideas what might be going on?

I've verified the headphones are working with my iPod.
I've verified that nothing is coming out of headphone jack with another devices.
