Sony Ilok/Serial Number question..

I posted the email below to Sony support.....but the mail back said they'd be a few days answering..does anyone else know the answer sooner? There seems to be a 'serial number', as well as the ilok authorization with the Sony Plugs..is this a big hassle?

Hi there, I'm considering buying a couple more of your TDM plugins via ebay, & of course, having the Ilok authorization transferred to my ilok account.

As long as this process goes smoothly, would I then be the new owner of the Plugin's in Sony's eyes, & able to upgrade? (for instance to Universal Binary versions).

..bump..anyone?..Sony don't seem keen on replying to me...lets put it like this...has anyone else bought a sony-plug ilok license over t'net, & then upgraded that plugin later without any bother?
