Default Sonar/Cakewalk to PT TDM 5.1.3

Sonar/Cakewalk to PT TDM 5.1.3

Hi,

Which is the best way or software to translate Sonar/Cakewalk sessions to PT 5.1.3 TDM?

I asked the producer/keyboardist to consolidate all tracks, record at 44k/24, Wave, and save the midi parts as a separate data, SMF 0 or 1.

Any other special care?OMF etc?
