Embedding CD Text and ISRC codes...

For a small project for ourselves we are going to master the songs with Protools LE. Yes, I know: it's not as anywhere as good as sending it out for mastering and I wholeheartedly agree. But, let's just accept for this project that's what we are doing.

My question is, what is required to embed CD text and ISRC codes into the files from PTLE? Do I need add-on software to do this? Is there separate software that I run after the fact that inserts it?

Pro Tools does not burn data to the CD. So whatever software you are using to burn the CD must support CDTEXT and ISRC codes. What software will you be using to burn the CD?

PT does not have the ability to author audio CDRs.
I don't know of any freeware programs that can write PQ information, CD text and ISRC codes.
All my Red Book work is done in WaveLab, which can do all that. Cd Architect will too, I guess.
The retail version of Nero is a possibilty..you should look into that.
Don't forget, the burner has to be also capable to write this info.
I don't think it will cost you a lot to send the finished masters to a mastering place, just for the PMCD creation.
