digi 002 rack driver???? HELP PLEASE!!!!

I JUST GOT MY 002R AND INSTALLED EVERYTHING. WHEN I GO TO START A SESSION AND CLICK SAVE TO BEGIN OR WHEN I EXIT OUT OF PROTOOLS LE I MY PC RESTARTS. I AM NEW TO THE WORLD OF PROTOOLS AND HAVE NO IDEA WHY. HOPEFULLY ONE OF YOU GUYS CAN HELP A BROTHER OUT!

Welcome, please turn your cap locks off. Are you using Service Pack 1 or 2?
Compatability documents. Have a read thru these, what version of PT do you have?

First, I know that you are frustrated, but you must STOP SHOUTING!!

Next, you never mentioned what version of the software you are using, or any other details about your computer (including windows version and service pack, processor speed, memory, etc etc). This is a MUST if you want someone to help you.

From what you are describing, it sounds like the much reported problem with older versions of the software and Windows XP-SP2, but since I don't know that information about your system, I can't say for sure.
