You don't fix it. It has been reported to Avid that session sample rates are changing when they shouldn't be able to, but tech support doesn't seem to think this is an issue. If it happens to you where you saved the session after the sample rate changed, you'll need to create a new session at the correct sample rate and import session data everything making sure to uncheck the option to sample rate convert. The original files haven't changed their sample rate, it's just Pro Tools that thinks the rate is different than what it should be. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

Uninstall ASIO4ALL, restart, then install it again.
