Thanks. I'm interested. I'm poboo's alias. What's the deal with it? Why are you selling?

poboododoramalamadingdong -

I'm just not using it all that often now that I'm in my new house/studio. Amp volume was a big concern at my last place, and now it isn't. I still love the plugin, and find it very useful on direct bass parts, but I could really use the cash to go twoards some other studio purchases. I'm not at all unhappy with it, and I've gotten FAR more out of it than the $525 I paid for it.

It's a very flexable tool, and I've had great results with it. The pre-amp modeler in it is really cool, and can realy help add warmth and punch to just about anything. And of course, the distortion is great too.

Just drop me a line via email or here on the DUC if you'd like to arrange the sale.

Thanks!

There's only two choices: Bomb Factory's SansAmp plug in or IK Multimedia's Amplitube plug in. Amplitube is FAR more "complete", with sims of pedalboard stuff, different cabinets, etc. etc. I like it a lot.

Nothing wrong with the SansAmp either - a lot of people use it on all SORTS of tracks - not just "guitars".

I'd suggest getting a copy of each (demos) and see which you prefer. Then buy the one you like best or buy 'em both.
