Default PT 5.1.x plug-in organization

Ok, I finally have a mix system of my own :)

Back when these were en vogue, I remember hearing of a software utility (freeware/shareware I think) that allowed plugins to be organized into folders - similar to what's available in the recent versions of ProTools...

Does anyone remember what this was called, or from whom it was available? A link would be great!

Try this too, it's a great little app that we use to manage our plug ins.

But that's for OS X. He's running Pro Tools 5.1.x which is OS 9 only
