Protools Ultimate 2018 quits unexpectedly
Hi,
I have Sierra 10.13.5 and Protools 2018 Ultimate 2018.4 and quits unexpectedly everytime I open it. Tried deleting all prefs still not working. Please help. Thanks I appreciate it.

Is there an error message? Does it happen when opening a brand new session?

Does this happen when opening PT, or when opening a session? If its when you open a session, try holding the SHIFT key while opening. That makes all plugins inactive, so if that works, you know its a bad plugin. If its just PT opening and NOT a session, drag all 3rd party plugins out of the plugins folder and test again.

Sierra 10.13.5?
If you mean "High" Sierra 10.13.5 I'm sure it's not supported since 10.13.4 isn't supported as of April 19th. You should check the tech alerts before you update your OS. I usually wait a few mths before updating because it could cause unexpected problems with any installed software http://duc.avid.com/showthread.php?t=398765
