Default AvExit before Brexit .. ?

Nine days ago I paid 384 GBP to renew my PT Ultimate Perpetual Licence & Support plan.

Nine days ago I opened up a support request that still has neither been acknowledged, or responded to. Does that constitute breach of contract?

One year ago Avid made it impossible for me to renew my yearly subscription online because I refused to compromise the security of my Apple Mac. They made it impossible for me to renew online unless I ceased to use Apple’s Safari (and ignored Apple’s advice regarding online security).

Consequently, I’ve had to pay more for my subscription by getting a renewal code from a UK retailer. Despite this, it is impossible for me to remove my credit card details from the Avid website. This is despite the fact that it remains impossible for me to use my credit card on the Avid website.

Nine days ago I tried to enter the renewal code I bought this year. It does not work. Avid still haven’t replied to the support case I created to try and resolve this issue. Nine days of uncertainty and frustration have made me rethink my support of Avid.

As it happens, I’m perfectly happy using PT 12.7.0. Should I just stop there and AvExit before Brexit?
