Import session data bug in 8.1 cs1 having to do with busses

Hey, I found an interesting bug in 8.1 cs1 that was not there in 8.0.4




I have a template which I usually import into a session I have created for a mix. all my routing is set up for the splits I need to make etc. etc.

The problem I have is that I have hidden record tracks that are hidden and deactivated that I engage at the end of the mix to record to, but it seems since they are hidden and inactive, any bus that is routed to those channels is de selected. ie. in 8.0.4 I have an aux with a limiter for my stereo mix, its output is set to the analog out 1 and 2 as well as to a bus labelled STEREO REC, which is the input of an inactive and hidden channel. in 8.1 cs1 when I import my template the aux for my stereo mix is only routed to the analog outs 1 and 2 and I have to manually add the output to STEREO REC, I do this by control clicking and multing the output.


I can provide the template to Avid to reproduce if needed.
