Is ptfree 24 bit?

Hi,

Im looking to use pt free only for the use of audiosuite processing so i can take advantage of the varif & pitch 'n time plugins which my logic g4 system lacks.
My dilema is i work in 24 bit within logic - so i wanted to know if i could load 24 bit files into ptfree or not?

thanks for the reply.

I loaded pt free into my system & tried to load some audio files but a message popped up saying that "these files are 24 bit & need to be converted etc etc"
I can load 16 bit files with no problem or i can convert & load 24 bit files but i can't seem to load straight 24 bit files?
Am i missing something here in the setups or some thing?

When you created the new session did you specify its depth as 24 instead of 16?
