I´m trying to reply to an email I git from Avid Customer Care and I get a error message everytime I try to reply to your mail

Look carefully at the email message and you may see a phrase something like: 'do not reply to this email'. If so that's the answer. What error message do you get?

Maybe jeffro can look into this?

it says:

To update this case, reply to this email leaving the subject line as it is and enter your response at the top of the email.

thats exactly what I did!
