XMON and main monitor left side dropping volume
Hi,
Ive had a few issues with XMON and on my second Xmon in 4 months. This one did start going into mute randomly but that has stopped now. But what is now happening is the left channel on the main/ Alt and Mini inputs suddenly drops in level by about 2-3db. if I then select any of the other inputs stereo 1/ stereo 2/ surround etc, then back to main input it corrects itself. happens about once an hour or so. Doesn't effect the CUES inputs only the main speaker monitor inputs section. I have 2 main units and have swapped the monitor section over from my second unit so it appears to be the Xmon? unlikely a cable as I said switching inputs quickly fixes it. Possibly thermal component failure or PSU maybe? Chris

Did you check the DB25 on the back of the Xmon ?
Sorry if it's obvious but It happened to me :)
