NEYRINCK Dolby SoundCode Dolby E - error

Hi Guys,

I am running into a problem that I cannot seem to solve

I have the NEYRINCK Dolby E encoder, and on the session I have two channels: one is 5.1 and the other is stereo.

when I choose those two channels and trying to encode with the encoder I get the following error: "SoundCode Error: the encoder is set to encode 8 channels, but the selected input has 6 channels.

I am selecting 8 channels thought, the 5.1 plus the stereo.
does anyone has a solution to this problem as the NEYRINCK has very poor costumer service.

Rather than posting the error code (which is saying it is only getting the 5.1 track), it'd be more helpful to post a screenshot of your configuration in the AudioSuite Plugin.
