How to change Avid account email address

We're working toward a user option to handle this, but since that's not completed and there are multiple backend systems to change you'd need to submit a support case for now. The Welcome... sticky thread near the top of this subforum includes a link to the KB article.

How do I change my Avid Master Account e-mail address?

To change the e-mail address that is linked to your Master Account, please submit your request by filling out this form:
http://avid.force.com/Support/RegistrationCaseCreation

In the question box, please enter "Avid Account Email". Then enter your remaining information.

Please include any and all details that may help in assisting you, including your name, address, and any previous email addresses you may have used.
