Default Anyone know how to downgrade pro tools 8 to 7.4 online?

I bought Pro Tools 8 LE with an MBox 2 Mini. However, the iMac I just bought does not run intel, but instead Power PC (Tiger). Thusly, I can't run Pro Tools 8 and need to downgrade to 7.4. They said I needed to do that online or with customer service, but customer service office hours are over for the weekend, I can't seem to find the right room online, and my computer won't even recognize my MBox (I thought it might offer up the suggestion or option to downgrade). Can anyone offer up any suggestions or assistance as to how I might get my system up and running...? Thank you in advance. You have no idea how appreciative I am.
