Cannot punch in with pedal with 003Rack + with PT11.1.3 iMac with Mavericks

I have an iMac with 2.66 GHz intel core 2 duo, 8 GB memory running 10.9.4 Mavericks. i have a 003 Rack + interface and Pro tools 11.1.3. When using Quick punch with a pedal plugged into the 003 Rack, the pedal won't punch in. I have the pedal selected to punch in rather than start/stop the transport.

Hey buddy.

Did you do a clean install when you moved to mavericks?

The question is whether you've had the pedal working on Mavericks previously. If you haven't, the best bet is to clear out the drivers and replace them with the most up-to-date ones and see if that quells the issue.

Failing that, I'm at a loss.

Perhaps pull down a Sandra report and post it and see if Albee or one of the admins can help.

thanks for your reply. Are the drivers for the 003rack+ interface? the pedal has not worked with mavericks. i had Pro tools 8 with Leopard previously, and upgraded to Mavericks and pro tools 11. also, what is a Sandra report?
