Hope this is really a dumb question?
I'm taking a course in audio and video for Pro Tools 9 on Linda.Com. It's a really good course so I thought I'd download the exercise files and follow along. Lo and behold all the session files have a .ptx extension and my Pro Tools 9 HD wants only .ptf extension session files. What's with this? I've obviously left a message at Lynda.com but am I just missing a few screws in my head or is this a real problem?

Maybe it's a PT10 file???? .ptx
