Video Brightness ProTools
Sorry when this has been discussed but I can´t find a useful thread.
Compared to the same Video output by QT or VideoSlave black is not black on the ProTools playback? I read that PT expects a different color sheme (Rec.709) and my video is probably RGB. Whats the smartest workaround? Any conversion scheme in Shutter encoder or similar? Mojave, PT20.12 Last edited by Nick Camaron; 03-14-2021 at 10:29 AM.

ok I found a solution for my situation
Shutter Encoder->Colorimetry->Convert Levels: 16-235->0-255 This results in a correct video output from Pro Tools in my case. Maybe dudes should check it too, before buying a new TV lol
