Default pro tools Fader problems

using pro tools 11.2.1 sometimes i move the faders but there is no sound adjustment.. not good!!!!!!!!

anyone else having this problem?

Do you have this blue line?
When I first saw it, it drived me crazy..

Your automation could be suspended..
go to window > automation
and see if suspended button is red and push it to disable the suspended action..
maybe it is that..
