If I recall correctly, uninstalling 11.0.2 sometimes would remove some 32 bit AAX plug-ins.
If you're missing instruments, that's a separate download I think. If you're missing core plug-ins (like air kill EQ, air reverb, etc) then you should re-install PT10.
