Automation Problem

Help please, when i was using PT6.7 my automation worked fine, then i upgraded to 6.9 and all of-a-sudden when i try to use auto read it does not work. i have to use auto latch. the problem is when trying to use auto read for mute it does not stay muted. its reading every time i hit mute but it just does not stay muted. I did the update to 6.9.2 and had the same problem, so i did the update to 6.9.2cs4 and i still have that problem. by the way, after installing 6.9.2cs4, is it supposed to read 6.9.2cs4 when loading protools because mine still say 6.9.2.

I've had the same problem.
With PT 7 around the corner, and the assumption that this is a little "glitch", I've been using Volume automation to get around it.
I know it's a cheap fix, but it'll get me through for the next couple of months.
