Pro Tools 12 freezes during dragging from Soundly
Maybe someone can help me figure out this problem.
I´m using Soundly for sound fx and sometimes (not always) Pro Tools freezes with the spinning beach ball when dragging or spotting into the timeline. I´ve figured out a workaround that is like this. I go to the Focusrite Control app and change the sample rate to a different one. It automatically changes back to 48 kHz and Pro Tools works again. Sometimes when switching between video files in the Finder and the video in Pro Tools timeline the Avid Video engine fails and it freezes the same way. This can also be solved by changing the sample rate. Can anyone figure out what is going on and how to fix it? Mac Pro (Late 2013), Mac OS 10.11.6 (El Capitan), Focusrite Clarett 8Pre, Pro Tools HD 12.8.0
