External Sources In
1. What are you all using this "In" for?
What type of equipment and applications? 2. Anyone burning mixes to an external CD Recorder? What is the path out? thanks all!!! I |

The external ins can be used for returning 3 2-track machines. I use mine for Dat, CD and Cassette.
I have a cdr connected to the digital outs of my first interface. I'm not really sure why these questions came bundled in the same post, as the Control 24 has no output path per se. If you need to connect to the analog ins of your cdr than you need to take the outputs from your 888 and patch them. |

I use mine like this:
---1-2 Ext CDR in ---3-4 Sub mixer in ---5-6 Headphone (cue mix) in If I didn't do work in surround mode, I would have used protools source 3-4 or 5-6 for cue mixes. It works for now. |
