Sonic Drops tab Disappears 10 seconds after opening Link

So, I have an active support plan + Perpetual Licence for PT Studio. That should entitle me to the sonic drops content.

When I initially load Avid Link, I can see the sonic drops tab, but after about 10 seconds, it disappears.

Anybody else having this problem or have a fix?

Avid Link 2023.3. Everything else up do date.

Avid Link is not the most bug free software.

It mostly works for me. I don't notice any CPU issues. Sometimes, a section won't work. It's like the content is unavailable until a later time.

It does seem to be getting better with time, but still not the best software portal. I think it tries to be a bit too fancy, and it's totally unclear why performance is intermittent.

In Avid Link, click Preferences in the ••• menu, then click Clear Cache Files. Sign In again and click Sync Account in the ••• menu. Let us know the results, thanks!

Hi Jeffro. I'd already tried this, including a restart and reinstall of Avid Link, but it didn't work. Just tried again after I saw your message, and still doesn't work.

MacOS Monterey, Intel i7 if that makes any difference. Pro Tools Studio Perpetual with support plan expiring at the start of December 2023.

Interesting that Sonic Drops tab is visible when I first load but then sort of gets snatched away.
