I have the same problem on two HD systems after installing PT 10.3.2. One try out with Mountain Lion and one just installed with Snow Leopard 10.6.8. Spotlight fixed but it didn't help.

hi,
i gess its not enought, you should also delete all PT prefs
i don't remember if its also useful to empty pram

It's a clean install and I haven't even started setting any preferences so I can't see why in this case.

I went through the whole "optimizing for ProTools" list but it still doesn't work.
