We did release a v2023.3.1 version of the AIR Effects Installer yesterday which fixes the presets issue on macOS. You should see that in Avid Link, Avid Download Center and my.avid.com/products

I downloaded it from plugin boutique and copied the .big file to the proper spot. A bit of a hack but it worked.



Will you guys be doing an update to Air Instruments so that presets show up? I put in a support ticket.

Workaround to get all the Presets - except Structure Free (if you can be bothered!)

Download whichever VIs you need via a 2-week free Trial from AIR, copy the Presets to Desktop or elsewhere, uninstall after 2 weeks (if not buying), paste the Presets in your “proper” version ...

Sorry you had to jump through more hoops but glad to hear you are up and running.

This is easy to fix. Find the file by searching ".big" on your system. Make sure all drives it might be on are powered up and connected!

One you have found the relevant file, open the plugin and tell it the path of the missing file.

The file wasn't included in the latest install, that is the point. I searched the system of course.
